The one ‘constant’ throughout Richard's career is a passion for arts education and:

Richard realised from his own experience of living in the ‘inner city’ in the UK and overseas that there was an urgent need for such work to support fragmenting social structures by empowering people to work together to realise their own creativity.
So, in 1996, he set up Richard Mallett Arts Management to develop and manage
diverse arts education projects with the simple ethos of:
